In this guide, you will find everything you need to get settled into your new home.

Before Your Move-In Day

To expedite your move-in process, make sure you have paid all of your move-in fees.

To receive keys to your apartment, all move-in fees must be paid. Paying online is quick and easy!

  • You can make your payments via the Resident Portal 
  • Via the Resident Portal, select “Need to Sign Up?”
  • Select “Make a Payment”
  • Add your account
  • Pay
  • An instructional email should have been sent to you following your initial lease approval. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Maintenance

To submit a regular maintenance request, please visit your resident portal online.

Requests are typically completed within 48 hours.

Garages

Limited garages are available for a monthly fee. Please contact the leasing office to inquire about reserving a garage.

Utilities

You will be responsible for setting up your own electricity.

Fiber Internet

Fiber Internet starts at $80/month.

Eric Church Contest Rules

Apply and move in to RISE Doro between February 20, 2026 and March 27, 2026, and you’ll be automatically entered to win two (2) tickets to see Eric Church live in Jacksonville on April 10, 2026. Entry is simple—just submit your application, sign your lease, and complete your move-in by 11:59 PM on March 27, 2026 (one entry per household). One winner will be selected at random on March 28, 2026, and contacted using the information provided on their application; the winner must respond within 48 hours or an alternate winner may be chosen. Tickets are non-transferable, have no cash value, and offer is subject to availability and change.
