1. Apply: Submit an application online for everyone 18 or older who will live in the apartment. (Application fees are non-refundable.)
2. Screening: We’ll review your application using a third-party screening service. This process includes a check of your income, rental history, credit history, criminal background, and verification of government-issued photo ID and income documentation.
3. Result:
• Approved: Move forward with no deposit required.
• Approved with Conditions: You’ll need to provide a qualifying guarantor or enroll in our Guarantor Waiver Program.
• Denied: Unfortunately, we will be unable to approve the application.
4. Sign Lease: Once approved, review and sign your lease documents electronically.
5. Move In: Pay your first month’s rent and any required fees, pick up your keys, and move in!

The apartment homes come pre-wired with fiber optic service. This internet package offers 300mbps. This is a required package. You may upgrade the package at your own expense.
You have 72 hours from the time of approval to cancel your application and have the administrative fee refunded. If applicant(s) have not canceled their application within 72 hours of approval, the administrative fee is non-refundable.
